Every time you dine with us and use your registered phone number or loyalty card, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
How do I redeem rewards?
It's easy! When you've earned 100 points, that unlocks a $5 reward. At checkout, your server will ask if you'd like to apply any available rewards to your bill.
How do I join the Thunder Club?
You can sign up online at thunderroadsportsbar.myguestaccount.com, scan the QR code found on your receipt or menu, or ask your server for a loyalty card while you're dining with us. Just register with your name, phone number, email, birthday, and zip code to start earning rewards right away.
Can I earn points without registering?
No. Even if you've been handed a loyalty card, points will not begin accumulating until your registration is complete. Make sure to register to activate your account and start earning.
What's a Thunder Club tier and how do I move up?
Your tier is based on how often you visit in a given month. Visit 3 times or more in a month (with a minimum $10 spend per visit), and you'll move into a higher tier that earns points faster. Silver gets double points, and Gold gets triple points!
Do tier benefits last forever?
Tiers reset at the start of each month based on how many qualified visits you had the month before. So visit often to keep the benefits coming!
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Yes! You can combine multiple rewards during the same transaction to stack up the savings.
Do rewards cover tax or just the subtotal?
Rewards apply to your subtotal only. Taxes and gratuity aren't included.
